We dispatch from Accra. Every estimate below is quoted in business days — Monday to Saturday, Ghanaian public holidays excluded.

• Within Ghana: your order leaves the studio in 1–3 business days for off-the-rack pieces (3–7 business days for made-to-order Laurex & Co pieces). Delivery then takes 1–2 business days in Greater Accra and 2–4 business days elsewhere in Ghana.
• International: 5–10 business days to most destinations and 7–15 business days to remote regions, plus any time customs requires to clear your parcel.

No delivery fee, threshold or free-shipping amount is displayed on our site — your delivery fee is communicated and agreed with you directly when you place your order, and you receive tracking the moment your parcel leaves us. Often, yes — if your order has not left the studio yet. Message us as soon as you can on WhatsApp (+233 553 539 435) or email info@ellahfashion.com with your order number.

• Before dispatch: we can change sizes, update the delivery address, or cancel the order entirely — free of charge.
• After dispatch: the order can no longer be amended, but it can be returned or exchanged under our 14-day returns policy.

Made-to-measure commissions are confirmed with you before we cut the cloth, so any change is possible until you approve your measurements.

Every product page carries flat measurements in both centimetres and inches. The simplest way to choose: lay a garment you already love on top of those numbers and compare.

• Our cuts run true to size. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up in woven and tailored pieces, and staying with your usual size in stretch knits.
• Prefer a personalised fit? Laurex & Co pieces can be commissioned made-to-measure from your own numbers.
• Ordered the wrong size? Unworn pieces with their tags attached can be exchanged within 14 days — see our returns policy.

Three labels, one house — each with its own occasion:

• Ellah Fashion — our signature line of elevated everyday wear: timeless pieces designed to be worn on repeat, from office to evening.
• Orenza — occasion wear. Statement dresses and event outfits crafted for celebrations, weddings and the nights you will be photographed.
• Laurex & Co — the luxury atelier. Limited, couture-level pieces in exquisite fabrics, with premium craftsmanship and optional made-to-measure commissions.

Whatever the label, the same standard of cloth, cut and finish runs through the house.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange almost any piece. To qualify, it must be:

• unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with tags still attached;
• in its original packaging where supplied.

Refunds return to your original payment method: we inspect returned pieces within 2–3 business days, then your provider takes 5–10 business days to show the money. Store credit is issued immediately if you prefer. We cover return shipping whenever the item is faulty or we sent the wrong piece; for a change of mind, return shipping is at your cost. Pierced jewellery and personalised made-to-measure commissions are final sale unless faulty. The complete terms live in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

1. Tell us within 14 days. Email info@ellahfashion.com with the subject “Return Request”, or message us on WhatsApp. Include your order number, the item, the reason, and whether you would like a refund, exchange or store credit.
2. Receive your authorisation. We reply within 2 business days with a return authorisation and the return address (our Accra studio).
3. Pack and send. Fold the piece with its tags attached, include the authorisation, and hand it to the courier we arrange or drop it at the studio.
4. Inspection and refund. Once your parcel reaches us, inspection takes 2–3 business days and your refund or exchange is raised the same day it passes.

The sewn-in care label always takes precedence, but as a house rule:

• Structured, embroidered or beaded pieces — dry clean only. Leave the handling to a cleaner who specialises in couture.
• Washable silks and fine cottons — hand wash in cold water with a pH-neutral detergent. Never wring; press the water out between two towels and dry flat, away from direct sun.
• Creases — steam rather than press. If you must iron, do so on the reverse at low heat with a pressing cloth.
• Storage — tailoring on a padded hanger, knits folded. Keep each piece in the breathable cotton garment bag it arrived in — never plastic — and away from perfume, hairspray and moisture.
